Mid-Sussex Wellbeing programme

In partnership with the Mid Sussex District Council, we offer a free lifestyle support programme tailored to the needs of the individual and available to adults registered with a GP in Mid Sussex. The programme is uniquely crafted and supported by evidence-based practices and ongoing encouragement to ensure lasting results.
