Chris Ronaldson

Chief Operating Officer
Chris is Acacium Group’s Chief Operating Officer for Health and Community Services, leading a division that delivers community-based healthcare and capacity solutions to support the NHS and wider health system. He is responsible for operational performance, service delivery and the development of new and innovative services that improve access to care and support evolving patient needs.

Chris joined Acacium Group in 2023 as Chief Product and Information Officer, where he led the Group’s technology and transformation agenda, including digital development, service delivery and key change programmes supporting front-line operations and the Group’s growth strategy.

Prior to joining Acacium Group, Chris held senior and board-level roles within FTSE and NYSE-listed organisations. He brings extensive experience in operational leadership, technology-enabled transformation and leading complex, large-scale operations.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to and playing music and being by the sea.

Alex Sweeney

Managing Director, Community Health
Alex has spent the entirety of his professional life focused on the delivery of public services in healthcare, social care, criminal justice and immigration. He has a track record for delivering high-quality services which provide valued outcomes for both patients and commissioners.

Alex is committed to ensuring Xyla is a purpose-led business which places clinical excellence and clinical pathway innovation at the heart of our service.

Beverley Edwards‑Metcalfe

Supervision Team Leader
Beverley is a Supervision Team Leader at Xyla, supporting individuals following ADHD and autism diagnoses within the post-diagnostic service.

She is also an accredited CBT therapist and supervisor, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to help people feel supported and confident in managing their wellbeing.

Ceri Garratt

Clinical Governance Operational Lead
Ceri is Clinical Governance Operational Lead at Xyla, specialising in ensuring services are safe, effective and compliant across complex healthcare environments.

She brings strong operational experience, leading service delivery, mobilisation and quality improvement, with a focus on building sustainable services that deliver meaningful outcomes for patients.

Charlotte Reeves

Head of Clinical Governance
Charlotte is Head of Clinical Governance at Xyla, with over 20 years of experience across acute and community healthcare. She leads on clinical quality, risk and safeguarding, ensuring services are safe, effective and well-governed.

She focuses on strengthening governance frameworks and supporting teams to deliver high-quality care, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and patient outcomes.

Claire Fisher

Chief Nurse
Claire is Xyla’s Chief Nurse, bringing over 24 years of experience across acute, community and digital healthcare. She leads on clinical governance and quality, helping ensure services are safe, effective and focused on patient care.

She supports teams to deliver high standards while driving improvements that enhance patient experience and outcomes across services.

Stefanie Papaglimis

Clinical Lead for Neurodevelopmental Services
Stefanie is Clinical Lead for Neurodevelopmental Services at Xyla, with over 20 years of experience across nursing, health visiting and specialist care.

She leads autism and ADHD pathways for children and adults, focused on delivering compassionate, consistent care and supporting both families and clinicians through the diagnostic journey.
