Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 4 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 5 strawberries, quartered
  • 5 raspberries
  • 5 blueberries
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin & sunflower seeds)

Method

  1. Place the yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries into a bowl and mix together.
  2. Sprinkle the mixed seeds on top and enjoy!
