Tuna pasta salad

  • 1 tuna can in brine
  • 70g wholegrain pasta, boiled
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 black olives, halved
  • 1 Handful fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp tomato puree


  1. Boil the wholegrain pasta according to packet instructions and set aside to cool. 
  2. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and tomato puree. 
  3. Place the boiled pasta, tuna fish, olives and cherry tomatoes. Add the salad dressing and sprinkle some fresh parsley on top.
