Overnight oats

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt​
  • 40g rolled oats​
  • 30g mixed berries​
  • 1 tbsp almond butter​
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Mix together the oats, yoghurt, mixed berries, almond butter and cinnamon.​
  2. Place in a mason jar (any airtight container will work) and ensure the lid is firmly on. ​
  3. Store overnight in the fridge and enjoy in the morning.
