Apple pecan porridge

  • 40g rolled oats chunky
  • 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 medium apple, cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 pecans, quartered
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on a medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency.
  2. Mix in the chopped apples, pecans and cinnamon.
