Chia seeds pudding

  • 40g chia seeds
  • 240 ml reduced fat coconut milk
  • 8 raspberries


  1. Mix together the chia seeds and coconut milk. Place the mixture in a tightly closed mason jar in the fridge overnight.
  2. Top with some raspberries and enjoy!
