Live Well Newham: What’s next?

Thank you for enquiring about the Live Well Newham Adult Weight Management Programme.

We are aware you have a language requirement and perhaps would not benefit from our sessions when delivered in English.

In order to support you, we would like keep your details on record to be able to offer you a group in your preferred language in the future, should this become available.

What’s included in the programme?

  • Free group sessions, held face to face at a local venue or virtually using MS Teams
  • Online learning
  • Tailored webinars, blogs and podcasts
  • Cooking and nutrition demonstrations 
  • Frequent contact with a coach

The Team are available Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 & Monday & Saturday 09:00 – 16:30.

If we do not hear from you within 28 days of the date of text, we will assume you do not wish to progress with the programme, and you will be discharged back to the care of your GP.
