Lincolnshire County Council Adult Care Reviews
The requirement
Lincolnshire County Council commissioned Xyla in December 2020 to complete 450 Care Act reviews and reassessments before 31st March 2021.
Xyla worked in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council to provide highquality reviews and reassessments within timescales. During the project, Xyla was allocated 544 cases across physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health and older people cohorts and screened out over 113 cases which no longer required review. All reviews and reassessments were quality assured prior to being returned to the Council to ensure compliance with the Care Act and quality of the paperwork.

- 100% acceptance on first submission
- Reviews completed on time and to budget
Following this successful project, Lincolnshire County Council have commissioned Xyla in November 2021 to complete a further Care Act review and reassessment project completing 400 cases on behalf of the council.
