Ingredients

  • 1 Medium slice of wholemeal bread
  • 50g canned chickpeas
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • Squeeze of lemon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

Method

  1. Place the toast into a toaster
  2. Scoop out half a medium avocado and mash in a bowl
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes (optional)
  4. Place the mashed avocado on the toast and the chickpeas on top and enjoy!
