Ingredients

  • Greek yoghurt
  • 110g strawberries, quartered
  • 35g raspberries
  • 10g blueberries
  • 12g mixed seeds (pumpkin & sunflower seeds)

Method

  • Place the yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries into a bowl and mix together
  • Sprinkle the mixed seeds on top and enjoy!
