Ingredients
- ½ papaya (approx. 200g)
- 1 mango (approx. 230g)
- Juice of ½ a lemon/lime
- 170g fat free Greek yoghurt, or dairy‑free alternative
Choice of toppings:
- 4 tbsp/32g desiccated coconut
or
- 40g chopped unsalted peanuts
Method
- Cut the mango and the papaya into small chunks of 1-2cm
- Simply add the small chunks of papaya and mango into a bowl; add lemon/lime juice and mix well
- Share out the mixture into 4 glasses
- Top each glass with yoghurt
- Finally, sprinkle each fruit salad with the topping of your choice
