Ingredients

  • ½ papaya (approx. 200g)
  • 1 mango (approx. 230g)
  • Juice of ½ a lemon/lime
  • 170g fat free Greek yoghurt, or dairy‑free alternative

Choice of toppings:

  • 4 tbsp/32g desiccated coconut

or

  • 40g chopped unsalted peanuts

Method

  1. Cut the mango and the papaya into small chunks of 1-2cm
  2. Simply add the small chunks of papaya and mango into a bowl; add lemon/lime juice and mix well
  3. Share out the mixture into 4 glasses
  4. Top each glass with yoghurt
  5. Finally, sprinkle each fruit salad with the topping of your choice
