Ingredients
- 1 medium sized plantain, approx. 250g
- 3 tbsp/approx. 125g fat free yoghurt (natural/Greek/dairy alternative)
Method
- Finely slice the plantain into 1-2 mm rounds
- Place the plantain on a plate in a single layer and microwave for approx. 3 minutes
- Transfer the plantain to a wire cooling rack
- Once the chips have cooled and hardened serve with the yoghurt dip
