Kale apple salad

  • 100g kale
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Combine the kale, green apple and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the dressing by mixing together the olive oil, lemon juice and mustard.
  3. Add the dressing to the salad and enjoy!
