How to prepare your TDR Products

During the Total Diet Replacement (TDR) phase of your programme, you will need to consume four TDR products per day.

These four products provide all the essential macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, and fat) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) your body needs each day.

It is important to have all four products daily. Consuming fewer than this may increase the risk of nutritional deficiencies.

Each TDR product contains approximately 200 kcal, giving a total daily intake of 800 kcal.

Preparing your soups/shakes

• One soup/shake is made using two scoops of powder in 200ml of water
• One scoop of TDR powder weighs 26g. A full serving made of two scoops will weigh 52g
• Shake the tub before filling the scoop
• Scoop the powder from the top of the tub and shake off any excess powder from the scoop
• Use level scoops only. Do not use heaped scoopfuls or compress the powder down

Preparing your porridges

• One porridge is made using one 54g sachet of porridge mix in 150ml water
• Add one sachet of porridge mix to a bowl and break up any visible lumps with a fork or spoon
• Add 150ml water and stir until the mixture is fully combined, removing any lumps
• Microwave for 2 minutes on a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool slightly before serving

Take four products per day (soups/shakes should be made with 2 scoops per product, porridges should be made with 1 sachet per product).

Please do not start TDR before your agreed TDR start date. This will be a date after your first session.
