Cooking Live with Xyla

  • Spoons/spatula ​
  • Serving bowls​
  • Knife ​
  • Chopping board​
  • 1 frying pan ​
  • Steamer ​
  • 1 boiling pan ​
  • Food processor

Ingredients

If you don’t have the ingredients, don’t worry, you can still watch along and get involved!

  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Stock Cube
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tin of Garden Peas
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinach
  • 200g Basmati Rice
  • 400g of Diced Chicken Breast or 1 Blocked of Smoked Tofu (225 g)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • To Serve: Pickled Cucumber (Optional)
