Using the iaptus video platform

Your session will take place via our secure online platform, giving you the option to choose from online typing, online audio, or video. The iaptus platform is simple to use and is well reviewed for its reliability.

Step 1

You will receive an email/SMS prior to the session with your unique session link. Please ensure this link is kept safe and is only accessed at the time of session, any sooner and the link will not work.

Step 2

You will be given a chance before your session begins to personalise your settings (e.g. turning on/off webcam).

Step 3

Your session will run via your internet browser and works on laptops/computers, smartphones and tablets.

Experiencing issues?

Try clearing your browser history, cache and cookies, and check you are using the latest version of your browser (Internet Explorer is not supported).
Position yourself as close to your WiFi router as possible, to strengthen your signal, or use a wired connection.
Turning off your video might also strengthen your connection.
