Our team efficiently coordinates Multidisciplinary Team meetings, ensuring all attendees and family members are informed and available.
KPI management
We ensure assessments are completed within 28 days by tracking and maintaining progress and proactively aligning resources.
Scheduling
We tailor schedules to match each assessment with the most suitable nurse – whether for LD, FNC, PHB, or fast-track reviews. Our in-house team manages appointments and diaries, ensuring an efficient, streamlined process that maximises resource use and minimises delays.
Documentation and evidence
Our team ensures all required documentation and evidence is accurately triaged and collated, streamlining the process for assessors.

4. Appeals
Xyla is a leading provider of Appeals management to ICBs across England, offering expert handling of the local resolution process. Our experienced team coordinates both informal and formal resolution meetings, ensuring full compliance with local policies and the national framework.
We act as a single point of access for applicants, coordinating all aspects of the process – from record collation to completion of resolution paperwork. With a stable, knowledgeable team dedicated solely to appeals, we deliver consistent, high-quality service informed by current best practice.
