shaped by more than 18 years supporting individuals through mental health
recovery in both clinical and community settings.

shaped by more than 18 years supporting individuals through mental health
recovery in both clinical and community settings. His early career focused on
frontline support, where he worked closely with people experiencing a wide
range of mental health challenges. These formative years strengthened his
understanding of resilience, emotional wellbeing and the importance of
practical, person centred guidance, building the foundations of his calm and
grounded approach today.


Dan has an extensive background in learning and development, creating and
delivering wellbeing programmes that have reached audiences across the
world. His work blends psychological insight with accessible tools that help
individuals understand the role mindset plays in recovery and personal
growth. He has designed specialised sessions on wellbeing, mental health first
aid and crisis management, providing structured support for people at all
stages of their wellbeing journey.


Alongside his programme development work, Dan is an accomplished speaker.
He has delivered talks on resilience at major UK venues including the NEC in
Birmingham and the O2 Arena in London. He is also the creator of The Power
of Your Mindset podcast, where he explores personal wellbeing, mindset and
resilience with listeners globally.


In his role at Acacium Group, Dan supports workplace wellbeing strategy,
guiding leaders and teams to create healthier, more supportive environments.
He is recognised for his steady presence, practical communication style and
his ability to make complex ideas easy to understand and apply.
