Ingredients
- 70g rolled chunky oats
- 1 tsp (4g) milled flax, sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 300ml sweetened almond milk
- 30g blueberries / raspberries
Method
- Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on a medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency.
- During the last 5 mins mix in the blueberries/raspberries.
- Sprinkle with seeds.
