Ingredients

  • 70g rolled chunky oats 
  • 1 tsp (4g) milled flax, sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 300ml sweetened almond milk
  • 30g blueberries / raspberries

Method

  1. Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on a medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency.
  2. During the last 5 mins mix in the blueberries/raspberries. 
  3. Sprinkle with seeds.
