CVD Prevention Decathlon Upcoming Groups
Your journey to a healthier you starts today!
You have been invited by your GP practice to join a new face-to-face 10-week programme called the cardiovascular disease (CVD) Prevention Decathlon to help you reduce your risk of being diagnosed with CVD.
This FREE 10-week programme consists of 10 interactive sessions where you will learn about health and wellbeing in a fun and social environment.
Within your group you will discover how to best reduce your cardiovascular disease risk; through theory sessions, games and discussion, as well as having a 45-minute physical activity session.
This programme is only available to South London residents for a limited time so be quick to secure your place!
Rewards for moving more
As part of the programme, you will also have access to the Sweatcoin app. With Sweatcoin you can earn coins for your step count, the more steps you do, the more coins you earn. These coins can then be traded for discounts on products and services via the Sweatcoin app. That is not all, for this programme only, coins are also ‘earned’ by watching recap videos and participating in weekly quizzes.
If you’re not a big walker it’s still a great opportunity to access discounts on the latest products and services by engaging with these quizzes. You will receive an invite code for the exclusive Decathlon version of the Sweatcoin app when you join the programme.

- One of our team will then give you a call to confirm your booking and ask you a few questions about your health. You will need to speak to a member of the team before you can start your group sessions.
- Spaces for each session are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend requesting your place in the group as soon as possible.
