As part of our commitment to keeping our staff and service users safe, verbal abuse towards staff and/or service users in any form including Verbal insults; Racial abuse; Threats and Sexual harassment will not be tolerated.

Where abuse in any form is reported, we will refer the incident to the police authorities for investigation. Please report any abuse towards staff or service users you have witnessed to info@xylaservices.com.
