  • 200g plain Greek yoghurt​
  • 110g strawberries, quartered​
  • 35g raspberries​
  • 10g blueberries​
  • 12g mixed seeds (pumpkin & sunflower seeds)
  • ⓥ This recipe can be made vegan by replacing the Greek yoghurt with plant-based yoghurt

Method

  1. Place the yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries into a bowl and mix together.​
  2. Sprinkle the mixed seeds on top and enjoy!​
