- 1 tsp (4g) milled flax sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 300ml Semi skimmed milk
- 31.5g Blueberries / raspberries

Method
- Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on a medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency
- During the last 5 mins mix in the blueberries / raspberries
- Sprinkle with seeds
