Ingredients

  • 55g Rolled oats chunky
  • 1 tsp (4g) milled flax sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 300ml Semi skimmed milk
  • 31.5g Blueberries / raspberries
  • ⓥ This recipe can be made vegan by replacing the milk with plant-based milk

Method

  1. Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on a medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency
  2. During the last 5 mins mix in the blueberries / raspberries
  3. Sprinkle with seeds
  4. Enjoy!
