Blueberry oats

Ingredients

  • 40g rolled oats chunky
  • 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 15g blueberries/raspberries

Method

  1. Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on a medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency.
  2. During the last 5 mins mix in the blueberries. 
  3. Enjoy!
