- 200ml Semi-skimmed milk
- 1 Medium apple, cut into bite size pieces
- 4 Pecans, quartered

Method
- Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency
- Mix in the chopped apples, pecans and cinnamon
