Ingredients

  • 40g Rolled oats chunky
  • 200ml Semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 Medium apple, cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 Pecans, quartered
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • ⓥ This recipe can be made vegan by replacing the milk with plant-based milk

Method

  1. Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency
  2. Mix in the chopped apples, pecans and cinnamon
