Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 100g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100g spinach (optional)
- 40g oats
- 250ml soya milk, unsweetened
- 1 tsp flaxseeds, milled
Method
- Peel the skin off the banana and cut into small pieces
- Place all the ingredients into a blending beaker and blend together to reach your desired consistency (add water if needed)
- Pour into a glass to serve
