Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 100g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 100g spinach (optional)
  • 40g oats
  • 250ml soya milk, unsweetened 
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds, milled

Method

  1. Peel the skin off the banana and cut into small pieces
  2. Place all the ingredients into a blending beaker and blend together to reach your desired consistency (add water if needed)
  3. Pour into a glass to serve
