Job Type: Part time, weekends only

The team at Xyla are currently seeking an enthusiastic, friendly individual to join our expanding team in Hertfordshire.

Your Main Responsibilities As a Speech And Language Therapist

You will conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised care plans. You will provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of children and young people. You will collaborate with other clinical staff to create supportive environments. You will monitor and evaluate the progress of young people, adjusting interventions as necessary. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records. You will participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan care strategies.

What we are looking for in a Speech and Language Therapist:

HCPC registration.
Membership of the RCSLT.
Completion of newly qualified competency framework.
A recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification.
