AHP-led, multi discipline insourcing: Delivering impact across 15 specialities

Published 20 January, 2026

Xyla partnered with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) to address critical challenges affecting service delivery and patient care across podiatry, respiratory medicine, and sexual health. Through a bespoke, insourcing model, Xyla optimised resources and expanded service capacity, providing much-needed support to the Trust.

Due to the success of the initial engagement, the number of services delivered grew to 15 distinct service lines across seven London boroughs. This expansion was driven by CLCH’s confidence in Xyla’s ability to deliver high-quality, flexible care at scale, including niche and hard-to-staff services that had previously struggled to meet demand. Xyla’s tailored approach provided a seamless extension of CLCH’s internal capacity, the partnership not only reduced waiting lists and improved patient access, but also demonstrated how trusted, agile insourcing can transform service delivery.

Impact:

15 services delivered across 7 boroughs

Equivalent to 50.22 full time employees

Saving by consolidating services over £300,000

39,955 booked patients over 15 services
