Catherine began her career as a Cardiac Physiologist at Walsgrave Hospital in Coventry (now University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire), where she spent 12 years and became Echo Lead. After moving into clinical and commercial roles at Philips Ultrasound, she joined Xyla in 2021. Her current role is wonderfully varied; supporting contracts, leading audits, managing teams, and still performing echocardiograms at several sites.

Fun Fact: She has 10 beehives at the bottom of her garden!

Daniel trained as a Cardiac Physiologist in the NHS and has held advanced roles in echocardiography across London. At Xyla, he leads training and development, ensuring our teams stay at the forefront of clinical excellence.
Passions: Football, music, travelling, wildlife watching
Favourite Holiday Destination: Sri Lanka
Fun Fact: He’s been whale watching in seven countries and has seen orcas, humpbacks, and blue whales.

Latoya’s journey began with a degree in Pharmacology before training as a Cardiac Physiologist. She helped her NHS team achieve IQIPS accreditation and later worked with UKAS before returning to her true passion, echocardiography with Xyla.
Passions: Manchester United, running, dancing, yoga, sunshine, water-skiing

Fun Fact: She once played football for Aston Villa Girls.

Katherine’s career spans clinical, educational, and research roles. From launching Transesophageal Echocardiography (TOE) services in the NHS to developing international training programmes and working in medical writing, her expertise is vast. She returned to echo in 2023, drawn back by her love for the field.
Passions: Her six cats, creative arts, gardening
Favourite Holiday Destination: Sumatra, Indonesia
Fun Fact: Octopuses have three hearts, two for the gills and one for the body.
Role: Echo Service Manager
Location: Nuneaton
Joined Xyla: July 2023
Rozanne began her career at University Hospitals Leicester and later became Echo Lead at George Eliot Hospital. After working with Xyla on a bank basis, she joined permanently in 2023. She brings a wealth of experience and a passion for quality care.
Passions: Baking, table tennis, reading, and of course echo!
Favourite Holiday Destination: Sicily
Fun Fact: She has a collection of hundreds of cricket autographs.
