The fight or flight response is our body’s way of responding to stress.

Stress can be caused by a multitude of things, and sometimes the way we think can even create stress. We all have different thresholds for experiencing stress. The fight or flight response comes from our ancient ancestors who made this choice when facing danger. Today the threat of physical danger is less common, but the response still remains the same.
