Xyla provides online ADHD assessments for children and young people aged 7 to 17 through the NHS Right to Choose pathway. Referrals are currently accepted for patients registered with a GP in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Xyla is an accredited ADHD assessment provider, currently accepting referrals for children and young people in the following Integrated Care Boards (ICBs): Herefordshire and Worcestershire
Refer a child or young person registered in Herefordshire and Worcestershire using our online form, or download the form as a Word document.
Once eligibility has been confirmed, please complete a Right to Choose referral for the child or young person using one of the forms provided above.
⚠️ Important: Xyla is currently accepting referrals for children and young people aged 7-17 who are registered with a GP in Herefordshire and Worcestershire only. Referrals received outside of this area cannot be processed at this time.
Once Xyla receives your patient’s referral, you’ll receive an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received it. The child or young person’s parent or carer will then be contacted directly with information about next steps.
The child or young person and their parent or carer will be guided through a comprehensive online ADHD assessment conducted by Xyla’s specialist clinical team. The assessment process follows NICE guidance and includes a detailed clinical evaluation to support an accurate diagnostic outcome.
