All forms are meticulously tailored to meet your specific requirements. Depending on your local preferences, either a Section 12 doctor or a best interests assessor can conduct the Mental Capacity Assessment.
You choose which statutory assessments we complete including Mental Health, Best Interests and Form 5 preparation, seamlessly integrating all six essential assessments: Age, Mental health, mental capacity, best interests, eligibility, no refusals.
Always up to date
Our assessors, all with a minimum of three years of qualified experience, receive ongoing training and refresher courses to maintain up-to-date expertise.
